Z type purlin is coldly processed by hot rolling plate with thin wall, light weight, good section and high strengh.Compared with traditional box iron, the same strength could save 30of the material, Z type steel is a common cold bending thin wall steel, the thickness is generally 1.6-3.0mm,and the height of the section is generally120-350mm,and the worked materials are hot rolling,and galvanization, the process criterion is implemented according to GB50018-2002. Z type steel is generally used in large steel workshops, the processing length and holes are produced according to process requirements, it is widely used in the purlins and wall beams of steel structure buildings, also, could be used to combine building components such as light roof truss and brackets.
